One incident
Repaired or replaced

Included for the original purchaser, once per wheelset. After that, repair or replacement is US$250 per wheel per incident.
Accidental damage support runs for ten years for the original purchaser while they retain ownership. Subsequent owners receive paid support until four years after original delivery.

Ten years of parts support
Replacement parts supported for ten years. If the original part is unavailable, we’ll discuss a comparable or better replacement with you.
Replacements are covered, too
Every replacement receives at least two years of defect coverage, or the longer remaining applicable term. That remaining minimum transfers on resale.
Warranty Q&A
Do I need to register my wheels?
No registration is required, including when ownership changes. Your wheel ID or rim bar code helps us confirm coverage. If you don’t have the original receipt, we’ll review our records and reasonable alternative evidence with you.
What happens when I sell my wheels?
Defect coverage and paid accidental damage support transfer automatically until four years after original retail delivery. Any remaining minimum replacement-defect warranty also transfers. The original purchaser’s ten-year benefits and free first incident do not transfer.
How does shipping work?
Standard shipping is included both ways for manufacturing-defect claims.
For accidental damage claims, shipping the repaired or replacement wheel to you is included. If a return is required for accidental damage, you pay shipping and any import charges to the service location we specify. We confirm those costs before asking you to ship.
We’ll first assess the issue and determine whether photos, video, or an approved local repair shop can avoid a return.
What does the defect warranty cover?
The manufacturing-defect warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship during the wheel’s intended use, including training and professional competition. Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, and cosmetic-only damage are excluded.
Our separate no fault accidental damage program covers eligible damage from riding, travel, and handling accidents, regardless of fault. It has its own incident allowance and replacement fees. A manufacturing-defect claim does not use your free accidental damage allowance.
Both programs exclude commercial rental use, loss, theft, and deliberate damage to obtain a benefit. See the full warranty for all eligibility and fair-use terms.
